Gas prices throughout the United States have fallen in recent weeks, despite slight increases in barrel prices amid the ongoing war in Israel. Similarly, cooling demand has contributed to the decrease in prices, and this decline will likely continue in the coming weeks. As of Oct. 13, the average price of gas per gallon in the United States is $3.628, a 22 cent decrease from a month ago and 29 cent decrease from one year ago.
Here in New Hampshire the price of gas per gallon has fallen to $3.570, a nearly six cent per gallon decrease compared to one week ago, and a nearly 13 cent per gallon decrease from one month ago.
